Free trade zone (FTZ) is an economic and trade area with isolation facilities and special management. Goods can enter and exit freely between the bonded area and abroad, free from customs duties and import link taxes, inspection of licenses and routine customs supervision procedures, except for goods prohibited by the state from import and export and special regulations.   
Also known as bonded warehouse area, it is an economic area established with the approval of the State Council and under the special supervision of the customs. It is an economic area with the largest degree of openness and freedom in China. Its function is positioned as "bonded warehousing, export processing and entrepot trade". According to the current relevant policies, the customs implements the closed management of the bonded area, and the bonded management of overseas goods entering the bonded area; Goods from other parts of the territory entering the bonded area shall be deemed to leave the country; At the same time, foreign trade and economic cooperation, foreign exchange administration and other departments also implement relatively preferential policies for the bonded area.   
The bonded zone has the functions of import and export processing, international trade, bonded storage and commodity display. It enjoys the policy of "certificate free, tax-free and bonded" and implements the operation mode of "inside and outside customs". It is one of the economic zones with the highest degree of opening to the outside world, the most convenient operation mechanism and the most preferential policies in China.   
The international logistics zone is a preparation place for domestic and foreign goods integrating warehousing, distribution, processing and multimodal transport. Its functions mainly include commodity distribution, goods distribution and container transit.
