Accept the entrustment of the consignor of export goods, and reasonably examine the authenticity and integrity of the information provided by the consignor. Where a declaration is made to the customs in the name of the client, a power of attorney signed by the client shall be submitted to the customs, and the relevant customs formalities shall be handled according to the scope of authorization of the power of attorney.
